Customer integrations are not subprocessors

Connections you configure, Procore, ESRI, SCADA/OPC-UA gateways, and similar, are not subprocessors. Those data flows are initiated and controlled by you; Ithil exchanges data with them on your instruction, not to deliver the platform itself.

Change notice

We keep this list current. Where your Data Processing Addendum requires it, we provide advance notice of new subprocessors so you can review them. To subscribe to change notifications or ask about a specific subprocessor, email security@ithil.ai.
