Team
Donovan Foley founded Ithil and built the platform end to end. Chase Roberts is employee number one and the domain lead for compliance and federal infrastructure operations. Chase serves as the ISR Infrastructure Lead for the Army National Guard, where he is building DoD's replacement program for infrastructure readiness systems. Ithil is the commercial-side version of that work for state, local, and private buyers.
Ithil is built entirely by a US-based team. We do not outsource development, operations, or support offshore.
Why government?
Government infrastructure teams manage the systems that communities depend on. They operate under compliance requirements, budget constraints, and procurement rules that commercial software ignores. Ithil is built around those constraints.
