Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through our contact form: name, email address, organization, role (optional), and message content. We also use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are set only after you opt in through our consent banner.

Analytics

We always use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and collects only aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (page views and referral sources). With your consent to the analytical category, we also turn on Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies with IP anonymization to measure traffic and performance. You can reject or withdraw this at any time. See the Cookie Policy.

How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing beyond responding to your direct request.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Third Party Services

We use Resend for transactional email delivery of contact form submissions. Plausible runs by default and is cookieless. With your consent, Google Analytics receives usage data, and if you opt into the advertising category we turn on its advertising and profiling features. Ithil Mobile App

Everything above describes this website. The Ithil mobile app for iOS and Android is used by field workers at customer organizations, and it handles a different set of data.

Signing in is handled by our identity provider, WorkOS, which gives the app your name and email address. The app then stores the work you record in it: work orders, inspections, punch list items, daily logs, photographs, and the notes attached to them. That content belongs to the organization that issued your account, and we process it on their behalf.

The app asks for four device permissions, each only when the feature using it is opened. The camera and photo library are used to attach photographs to field records. Location is requested for foreground use only, to find infrastructure assets near you; the app does not track your location in the background. Face ID or your fingerprint can be used to unlock the app, and that biometric data is held by your device and is never sent to us. Notifications, if you allow them, use a push token issued by Expo's push service to deliver alerts about your work.

The app sends crash and error diagnostics to Sentry so we can fix faults we would otherwise never see. These reports are configured not to attach personal information, and event and breadcrumb contents are filtered before they are sent. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
