Every result is checked against its Maximum Contaminant Level and Maximum Residual Disinfectant Level the moment it is recorded. An exceedance raises an event and notifies administrators and supervisors immediately, with ten EPA and state reference standards preloaded. Test records are append-only, so the regulatory history cannot be quietly edited after the fact.

Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) support: a service-line inventory with material classification across lead, galvanized requiring replacement, non-lead, and unknown, with a dashboard that counts down to the October 2027 compliance deadline and tracks replacement progress against it.

Bulk import for high-volume lab data, with MCL exceedances flagged on the way in. Test scheduling for systematic sampling programs, and trend history for treatment optimization.
