Connect SCADA systems for flow meters, pressure sensors, and chlorine residual monitors. Alarm conditions automatically create work orders for operators.

SCADA alarm rules with configurable thresholds for flow rate, pressure, turbidity, chlorine residual, and pH. When a sensor reading exceeds a threshold, the system creates an alarm event, notifies operators, and optionally auto-generates a work order.

Connect an Ignition gateway directly over OPC-UA, or run an outbound-only edge collector that speaks OPC-UA, Modbus, BACnet, and MQTT at the plant boundary. The collector opens no inbound ports, so it does not widen the attack surface of the control network, and a FIPS 140-3 build is available for federal systems.

Sensor reading history with timestamp-indexed storage, joined into the same tamper-evident audit trail as the rest of the platform.
