Public records requests

A missed public-records deadline is a legal exposure, not a backlog item. Ithil runs the request from intake to release on a clock that knows the statute it answers to.

Statute-aware response timers

The California Public Records Act gives an agency ten days to respond. Federal FOIA runs about twenty business days. Ithil sets the response-due timer from the request type, tracks the extensions the statute allows, and shows what is approaching its deadline before it lapses.

Release packs you can stand behind

A response assembles into a release pack with a SHA-256 attestation, so the agency can show exactly what was produced and that it has not changed since. Exports redact PII automatically. The whole request, from logged through closed, lives in the same immutable audit trail as the rest of the platform.
