Workforce qualifications
On a live data center site, the question before a task is often who is cleared to do it. Ithil keeps a per-person roster of certifications and licenses so that answer is current, not a stack of expired cards in a trailer.
What it tracks
Operator certifications, licenses, CDLs, OSHA 10 and 30, confined space, and the trade qualifications a data center build runs on: crane operation, hot work, welding. Each record carries an issue and expiry date, so the roster knows what is current and what is about to lapse.
Expiry before it bites
A qualification with a date on it is a qualification that will eventually expire. Ithil surfaces what is approaching its expiry so a renewal happens before a credential goes stale, not after a crew is turned away at the gate. Filter the roster by category and status, and read the summary cards for the counts that matter.
